Its location in Dubai was good and magnificent, very close to the mall of Emirates metro station, and the mall and metro/bus stations.

The location was particularly good for Dubai, just next door to metro station. All of the staff was pleasant and courteous and attentive to guests. The hotel rooms were new-fashioned and spotless with all the amenities, the bathrooms, balcony.

It was a great budget hotel. Pleasant and consistently courteous staff, suggested places to visit. The location was favourable and excellent, walk from a metro station. There were shopping centers and a supermarket around the property.

It was a perfect walking distance to nearby malls and grocery stores. the lightning in the room was great and it was a really comfy stay.
the stopper and grouting needed cleaning.

Really everything is clean and brand new. The rooms are very spacious. The big advantage is to be in areas where you can eat at any time at very interesting prices. The price of the breakfast directly at the hotel is unbeatable 3,5€. The bedding is very comfortable. A value for money really at the top with this quality.
An external insulation concern so this can disturb the most sensitive but nothing infernal either. The cleanliness of the tablecloths in the restaurant is unacceptable.

We've been upgraded to a double suite. Our (parental) room was spacious. The second room with two small beds was also spacious. The staff is very friendly, very pleasant and very smiling. Always ready to be of service (taxi request, call to the car rental company ...).
The bathroom in the master bedroom is small and needs renovation, small bathtub (a walk-in shower would be more appropriate.), Leakage in the shower screen on the bathtub. Bedspreads need to be cleaned.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi on the roof.
There's nothing to say. The kind availability of the staff was excellent... The cook made us a good meal every evening. We were the only two people left.
